The SSI Open Water Diver Course teaches you all the skills you need to dive safely and independently. This fun-filled course is for beginner divers. Including Digital Learning with the SSI education system. You can come prepared, sleep longer and safe money. The SSI course includes pool training, minimum 4 Open Water dives by day trip boat and a final exam with 50 questions. Your SSI certification is valid worldwide, giving you a ticket to adventure. We have a maximum class size of 4 students per dive instructor. You can choose to book a private course, giving you closer attention from your instructor.

This is an approximate itinerary. On busy days you may arrive back a little later. 3 dives trips will return at about 6pm.

We believe in quality instruction and do not like to run rushed 2 day basic scuba diver courses. We run the OWD course in 3 days with small classes, including 2 days by day trip boat to the islands of Racha Noi and Racha Yai to the south off Phuket. After completing the online theory we can go when the paperwork is completed straight to the pool. You should complete the FREE Digital Learning before the course start. For courses including theory at our dive center it is best if you can come a day before to pick up your Open Water Diver manual. Prepared is the theory better to understand. A 3 day course is easy and fun. Please note that beginner dive courses in the Similan Islands National Park are prohibited. Training dives are taking usually place at the islands of Racha Noi and Racha Yai in the south of Phuket

Open water training lasts for two days.
With both days being boat diving, it is time to enjoy the colorful
and beautiful underwater world based on the basic skills learned in
the swimming pool.
This is a program to obtain an official open water certification. It is the first step to becoming an official diver, and if you are eligible to receive the services of all diving shops after obtaining the certification, you can plan an independent dive with a diver with an open water certification or higher. Phuket Discover Scuba Diving Prices And Options
To the south of Phuket, the islands of Racha Yai and Racha Noi are ideal for first time beginner divers, with clear blue waters and sheltered sandy bays. Visibility here is normally above 20 meters and the marine life is plentiful. A great location for a first dive!
